The Resource window brings together all the available information on an employee or an employee applicant. Resource information can be used to find the right person for a position quickly from internal resources and from the applicant pool.Resource demographic information includes: name, one or more addresses, legal status, performance reviews, current position, medical information, and general comments.
Resource historical positions maintains: effective date, position, salary, and pay frequency.
Resource benefits maintains: benefit, effective date, expiration date, coverage, employee premium, dependent premium, and premium cycle.
Resource events maintains: event type, effective date, next date, and comments.
Resource skills maintains: skill type, years, and comments.
Resource education maintains: school, years, credit hours, GPA, graduated, completion date, degree earned, and major.
Resource employment maintains: employer, hire date, termination date, salary, pay frequency, and title.
Resource OSHA maintains: case #, incident date, and description.
Resource contacts maintains: relationship type, name, address, and telephone.
Resource dependents maintains: dependent type, name, sex, birth date, and social security number.
Resource health information includes: allergies, wellness programs, chronic conditions, and blood type.
The Position window allows the user to define all of the individual job functions within an organization which are either currently filled or which need to be filled.Basic position information includes: salary range, vacation days, temporary or permanent, exempt from overtime, type of pay, and total number of positions.
Requirements information includes: licenses, physical examination, transportation, and vaccination.
Qualifications information includes: educational degree, experience needed, and certifications needed.
An unlimited number of disciplines, languages and custom requirements can be specified for each position.

Many of the fields in the H/R component allow the user to select from a list of possible values. Due to significant variations between organizations, the H/R component allows the user to define all of the possible values and their descriptions. The user defined descriptions will appear automatically in any standard or custom reports.
